HOW OFTEN DO YOU UPDATE NEW CLOTHES?
Every mth/2-3 weeks, a new collection will be up! Consists of 10-20 items in each collection.

WILL ITEMS LOOK EXACTLY AS IN THE PICTURES?
Actual stocks may differ from pictures as we carry inspired fashion.
Most Taiwan websites post clothes with pretty models & adjust brightness to create a nicer looking effect. Hence, 90% of the items will look like the the actual picture but the rest may have slight colour differences or designs differences. We will not offer exchanges for these differences.

What if i receive defective items? Can i request for exchange/refund?
We conduct checks carefully before selling you the items to ensure no defective stock. Thus, no exchange/refund after sold.

BELOW REASONS STRICTLY NOT NOTED AS DEFECTS:
1) Personal dislike, change of mind after purchase.
2) Slight colour differences (same colour range or any other minor physical difference), thread gray ends, wrinkles, slight mis- alignment of seams; minor tears on seams which can be hand stiched.
3) Button loss(replacement of buttons will be sent to you, in the event that the same button is
not available, we will send a full set of replacement buttons which will match your clothing)
4) Minor stains (especially on light colour clothes),washable stains, smudges and dirt will not be covered;
5) Sizing issues (clothes do not fit, note different batches of clothes may have different sizing hence take note of size measurements stated when making purchase);
6) Claiming that the cutting of clothes is not good;
7) Deliberate damage of clothes such that it will warrant an exchange. WE ENSURE ALL PIECES ARE IN GOOD CONDITION BEFORE SOLD.
